6 lanes of rowing boats racing for the line is always exciting to watch – the width of the lake and perspective of the buoys always makes it hard to work out who is actually leading!
 
This painting was inspired by racing at Dorney Lake in Berkshire where the Olympics took place in 2012 and where many regattas  are now hosted, to make the most of the purpose built facilities.
